Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

What Data We May Hold

Depending on your interactions with Obsidian, we may hold the following types of personal data: your name, email address, any messages or inquiries you have sent us, and technical data such as IP addresses and browser information collected during your visits.

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to info@obsidian.club with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your data
• A description of what data you would like deleted, or a request to delete all personal data we hold about you

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you if additional information is needed.

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and aim to complete the deletion within 30 days. If we require additional time, we will notify you of the reason and expected completion date.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. If any portion of your request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason.

After Deletion

Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some residual data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being automatically purged.
